Each week participants create something representing a different aspect of themselves: * Values collage * Identity map * Inner critic vs. inner advocate masks * Timeline art * Future self vision board * Personal strengths mosaic Themes: * Self-awareness * Identity * Life transitions * Self-compassion Low pressure/ no artistic skill required
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because this is a free group therapy class with limited space, we ask that participants provide as much notice as possible if they are unable to attend. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Participants may cancel their registration at any time by contacting us as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. If you cannot attend due to an unexpected circumstance or emergency, please let us know when you are able. Participants who repeatedly register but do not attend without notice may be removed from future class registrations or placed on a waitlist so that available spaces can be offered to others. There is no cancellation fee for this free class. Our goal is simply to ensure that available spaces are used by individuals who are able to participate and benefit from the group. Thank you for respecting the time, space, and participation of everyone involved
